**SEN Learning Support Assistant Role in Newcastle**
We are currently looking for a motivated and empathetic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a specialist educational needs school in Newcastle.
In this full-time position, you will be working closely with students who require additional support due to neurological learning needs, such as severe autism.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting students and a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing individualized support to students with complex needs
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure seamless support
The estimated salary for this role is £19,500 - £23,500 per annum, depending on experience.
