Special Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Northumberland. The successful candidate will have experience working with pupils with SEND, including Autism, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, and Learning Disabilities.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students, helping them to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, and assisting with lesson planning and preparation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. You will also have a passion for working with children with special educational needs and be committed to ongoing professional development.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £250-£350 per week (dependent on experience), depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive access to training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for education.
