About the Role
We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our team in Belfast. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR function and ensuring that all HR processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Offboarding processes: administrate and maintain accurate records of employee departures.
- Sickness and maternity leave: record and track employee absences.
- HR queries: respond to queries from managers and employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Training sessions: coordinate and manage training events, including sending invitations and booking venues.
- Employee records: maintain and update employee files, issue contractual amendments as required.
- Onboarding dashboards: monitor and follow up with new hires on outstanding tasks.
- Note-taking: attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need 1+ years of Human Resource experience and possess excellent multi-tasking skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
