About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Officer to join our team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. As a key member of our Capital Projects team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with residents, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Coordinate project information and updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with contractors to ensure resident-centric project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Capital Delivery Team to identify and address project challenges and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
