**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Administrator at Office Angels. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide timely and effective customer service via phone and email
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Process and administer UK installations, including preparing service quotations and customer service invoices
- Prepare spare part sales quotations and invoices
- Review weekly compliance with performance targets and formulate weekly service reports
- Perform general office administration tasks, including ordering supplies and liaising with printers
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar role
