Job Summary
Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a skilled Customer Service Planner to join our team at our Goldney Road Hub. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments and ensure that our contractual Service Level Agreements are met.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure availability and timely delivery of materials
- Working with supervisors to prioritize and schedule appointments
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
