About the Role

The Triage and Performance Coordinator will be the first point of contact for residents and partners to report anti-social behaviour to. They will conduct initial interviews and risk assessments within specified timeframes before allocating the case to the correct department.

The role sits within the Anti-Social Behaviour Unit and offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is gaining national recognition for its work.

The Triage and Performance Coordinator will be responsible for collating and analysing performance data, and customer satisfaction across Community Safety and Housing. They will identify trends and performance issues, presenting this information to senior management on a regular basis.

They will also be responsible for working with many partners, covering many issues, including cuckooing, hate crime and ASB. The ideal candidate will have excellent interviewing skills, understanding of victim support, report writing, excellent organisation and time management. They will also be required to have a strong understanding of Community Safety and Housing policies and procedures.
