Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at MaxAd Fixed Fee Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the efficient functioning of the office, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Channel direct communications with the company directors and delegate tasks and duties as required to office staff members.
  • Evaluate the work performance of office staff members and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Manage the Engineers' diaries, scheduling appointments and following up on open jobs until completion.
  • Use CRM software to track appointments and keep customer information up to date.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration or management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle scheduling, record-keeping, and managing office resources efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Technical proficiency in industry-specific software, general office software, and administrative tools.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and support staff.
