Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at BBL Property Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide full administrative support to our Property Company, including scheduling appointments, organising deliveries, arranging site visits, managing the directors' diary & travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, and providing reception duties.
The ideal candidate will have solid IT skills, particularly competent usage of Microsoft Office, and excellent written and spoken English. A professional telephone manner and outlook are also essential. Prior experience in a Property or construction environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator living within commutable range of SW London to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our Property Company.
