Family Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to join our team in Hammersmith and Fulham. As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing proactive, integrated, and innovative support to families in need.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assessments, direct work, leading team around the family meetings, and understanding the complexities of mental health, drug and alcohol use, domestic abuse, extra familial harm, and harmful practices impacts on our children and families.
