We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Support Practitioner to join our Early Help team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing proactive, integrated, and innovative support to families in need. You will work closely with our community-focused service to promote positive outcomes for children and families.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities of mental health, drug and alcohol use, domestic abuse, and other issues that impact families. You will be responsible for completing assessments, direct work, and leading team around the family meetings. You will also be expected to promote the best outcomes for children and families.
