Job Overview
East West Compass Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead the Reactive and planned work streams. This role will involve managing a team, developing business opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • To actively promote Health and Safety best practices throughout all projects.
  • Promote a company ethos of open, honest, and transparent working at all times.
  • Responsible for delivering projects safely on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality, exceeding client expectations.
  • Understand, implement, and adhere to the company SHEQ ethos, ensuring all employees and subcontractors follow suit.
  • Develop long-term relations with clients and their representatives, fostering close cooperative working.
  • Help develop the Reactive and planned work streams under the Operations Director's guidance.
  • Assist the East West Connect Sales Manager and his team in tendering and developing new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with and direct all East West Compass staff regarding all elements of the planned and reactive work streams.
  • Oversee project delivery via the ongoing development of a service team.
  • Ensure all changes to policies, procedures, systems, and processes are communicated and adopted by associated managers and staff.
  • Oversee the development of a suitable and sustainable supply chain.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director to ensure robust financial reporting processes.
  • Control and reduce risk for each project, minimizing uncertainty.
  • Review methodologies for works and ensure they're suitable for the task at hand.
  • Recruit the right quality and caliber of staff.
  • Lead, motivate, communicate with, develop, appraise, and performance manage staff.
  • Address poor performance through support, training, or disciplinary action.
  • Recognize and encourage excellent performance.
  • Generate internal and external cost reports for presentation to the Operations Director.
  • Serve as an ambassador for East West Compass's services.
  • Support the Operations Director in identifying business opportunities.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as required.


Requirements
  • Knowledge of general and reactive maintenance, including building fabric and technical services.
  • Understanding of current legislation and good practice across the industry.
  • Good project management and delivery skills.
  • Financial understanding of project delivery and costing.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft software and other platforms.
  • Good Health and Safety knowledge, IOSH or CITB qualifications.


Working Conditions
This role involves working closely with the Operations Director and other senior staff members. The successful candidate will be expected to attend meetings, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Estimated Salary Range
£60,000 - £65,000 per year.
