Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough valuations of residential properties, utilizing market knowledge and analytical skills to ensure accurate and fair valuations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the valuation and sales process.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, local property values, and competitor activity to offer insightful advice and strategies.
  • Drive business growth and increase market share by identifying new opportunities and supporting business development objectives.
  • Develop, motivate, and train team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in residential property sales and valuations, with a deep understanding of the London market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence.
  • Self-motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a hunger for success.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
