Job Title: Residential/Commercial Property Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our team at TML Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property valuation and a keen eye for detail.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected team, valuing a wide range of commercial and residential properties in Central and Greater London. The role will involve working closely with the department director and valuing properties for secured lending, accounts, tax, expert, matrimonial, and acquisition purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Valuing commercial and residential properties in Central and Greater London
  • Working with the department director to ensure high-quality valuations
  • Producing clear and concise reports and letters
  • Traveling to various locations throughout the country to take on exciting instructions
  • Staying up-to-date with current legislation affecting commercial space
Requirements:
  • Newly qualified (MRICS) or established Senior Surveyor with RICS Registered Valuer status
  • Full and valid UK clean driving licence with access to own vehicle
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
