About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join our dynamic team at The City Recruiter. As a key member of our property consultancy firm, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and professional valuations of commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and gather relevant property data to determine property values.
  • Analyze market trends and comparable sales to ensure accurate valuations.
  • Ensure all valuations are completed within specified timeframes and meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and RICS regulations.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality valuations and meet client expectations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property valuation, preferably within the London market.
  • Proficiency in using valuation software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
