About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuer to join our team at haart. As a Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in valuing properties and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough property valuations to determine accurate market values
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Generate new business opportunities and repeat sales
  • Market properties to buyers through various channels
  • Complete contracts and ensure properties meet health and safety standards
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Prepare property listings with detailed descriptions and photos
  • Canvass the local area to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent or in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
