Job Title: Property Valuer/Lister

Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Property Valuer/Lister to join our team in the East Ham Area. As a Property Valuer/Lister, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of our estate agency business, maximizing income and profit from a range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the estate agency business
  • Maximize income and profit from a range of products and services
  • Build great relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Turn valuations into listings
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a real estate role
  • Minimum of 6 months prior valuations and listing experience in a similar role
  • A full driving license
  • Great customer service and leadership skills
  • Strong work ethic
What We Offer:
  • Basic Salary: £23,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £40,000
  • £2,500 Car Allowance or Company Car
  • 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
