About The City Recruiter

We are working with a leading property consultancy firm in London to find a qualified and experienced RICS Registered Valuer to join their team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate and professional valuations of commercial and residential properties for a variety of purposes, including sales, acquisitions, taxation, insurance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections and gather relevant property data
  • Analyze market trends and comparable sales to determine property values
  • Ensure all valuations are completed within specified timeframes and meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and RICS regulations
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property valuation, preferably within the London market
  • Proficiency in using valuation software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
