About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team at haart. As a Property Valuer, you will play a crucial role in valuing properties and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough property valuations to determine accurate market values
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Generate new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Complete contracts on properties and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Upsell additional products and services to clients
  • Prepare brochures and marketing materials for properties
  • Canvass the local area to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent or in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
