Senior Property Valuer

At Brown & Lee Property Consultants, we are seeking a Senior Valuer to join our team of Chartered Surveyors. As a leading regional firm specialising in commercial property, we offer a diverse surveying experience in an expanding and dynamic practice.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of property types, including commercial and residential properties, and will work closely with our clients to provide expert valuations and advice.
We are an ISO:9001 quality assured company, providing our clients with a high standard of care. We have good staff retention and actively encourage & support personal development.
The Role
- Predominant focus towards Red Book valuations of commercial and residential property for bank panels, pension funds, HNWIs, and company accounts.
- A long-term role with career progression.
- Continue building the Professional side of the business through networking and developing close relationships with new and existing clients.
- A collaborative and enjoyable working environment which focuses upon client care with 5 other Registered Valuers and 1 Graduate Surveyor.
- A consultancy environment amongst our agency, management, and building consultancy teams.
- A thorough market knowledge and commercial awareness of the property market within southeast England.
- Expert report writing ability with minimal supervision.
- The ability to work flexibly (from home and the office, if preferred) in order to consistently work to tight deadlines.
- Proficient with valuation software and property databases.
