About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager to join our team at Carrington West. As a Business Development Manager for Highways and Security Sectors, you will be responsible for developing and growing revenue through product and service offerings within the highways and security sectors.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Driving new business sales and growth.
  • Building and maintaining commercial relationships with key clients.
  • Creating and delivering sales quotations and commercial offers.
  • Managing leads and new opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems effectively.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the highways industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Business Development Manager role (construction/highways).
