As a Drainage Business Growth Specialist at Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development for our client, a leading drainage contractor. Your primary responsibility will be to develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

\

You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all customer requirements are met through the sale of the company's services. This will involve site visits, cold calling, and B2B interactions to provide tailored solutions for clients.

\

One of your key tasks will be to support the Depot Manager in achieving sales targets and assist in the management of sales where required. You will also produce weekly reports on quote levels, sales figures, and other relevant metrics.

\

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate exceptional sales and customer service skills, as well as a commercially minded approach. Previous experience within the drainage or construction industries would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

\

In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a company car with a fuel card.
