We are looking for a Business Growth Specialist to join our team in Oxford. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
