Job Title: Senior Sales Director - Aviation Industry

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team, with a strong background in managing sales teams and at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Sales Manager, with a strong ability to manage, motivate, and lead a successful sales team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Act as a player-manager, actively participating in sales activities while overseeing team performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
  • Ensure sales team compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager, with a strong track record of overseeing and guiding Business Development Managers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and lead a successful sales team.
  • A player-manager approach with a hands-on approach to driving sales initiatives.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
