We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global People Manager to join our team at Aon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global HR strategies to support the achievement of our business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the business and its needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with senior leaders to provide guidance on talent acquisition, management, and development, and will be responsible for creating a culture that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact on the success of our organization. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
