Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to managers on employment policies and labour law in multiple countries within their region.
- Support employees and managers in using ServiceNow, Workday, and other supporting technologies and resources effectively.
- Participate actively in HR processes, such as onboarding activities and people-related campaigns in their geographies.
- Contribute to developing HR policies, procedures, and documents within their region.
- Collaborate with teams on HR projects as required.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess extensive experience in HR generalism, knowledge of employee relations processes, case management, and proficiency in HR technology. Strong English language skills, both spoken and written, are required. Relevant educational background and long-term thinking are also essential attributes for this position.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately 85,000-110,000 DKK per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits that support your well-being and career development.
