Job Description

As a People Management Advisor at Liberty Global Europe Ltd. (UK), you will play a key role in supporting change management initiatives and driving functional People plans by building proposals and recommendations for People initiatives. This fast-paced role requires a strong relationship builder with a diverse background, comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem solver who can navigate ambiguity to ensure a smooth implementation. You will partner with senior leaders and people managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include advising and coaching line managers on effective people management practices, including performance management and career development. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing people data and translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. The estimated salary for this position is around £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
