The Junior People Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the local People Team in the UK. This includes managing employee queries, providing guidance to managers and employees, and escalating to the People Advisor and/or Manager when required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support local implementations of global People initiatives, Culture, Values, and Engagement agendas
  • Ensure compliance with global policies and local laws/policies
  • Manage employee queries, provide guidance to managers and employees, and escalate to the People Advisor and/or Manager when required
  • Administer payroll and pension requirements, liaise with external providers, and ensure data accuracy
  • Comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Support the local People Team with Health and Safety compliance, training, and employee engagement activities
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and other stakeholders to deliver local trainings and programs
  • Oversee benefits administration, relocation, immigration, eligibility to work, and visa sponsorship processes

About You

">

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field, CIPD certification, and 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
