Senior Talent Manager Role Summary
As a Senior Talent Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a key role in shaping our HR strategy and contributing to our mission of delivering innovative engineering solutions. This role will focus on driving the development and implementation of our HR strategy for AWS Global Sales, with a primary objective of building and driving the people agenda to deliver results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual HR talent management cycle, encompassing talent and performance management, compensation management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.
  • Develop and implement effective development, employee relations, retention, and reward programs.

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in senior HR roles, with a proven track record of success in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, strategies, and initiatives to drive continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and employee development.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions and as part of a global HR team.

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 per annum
