About the Role

Epic Games is seeking a highly skilled HR Partner to join our Global HR Team. As an HR Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our organization, working closely with our Senior HRP Lead and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with complex regulations across Europe and APAC.

Key responsibilities will include creating process documents and guides to support the Global HRP Team, acting as a local expert on ER challenges, and providing expertise guidance on policies and procedures. You will also support defined People projects and work closely with our COEs on topics like L&D, Compensation, Benefits, DEI, and Recruitment.

We are looking for an ambitious, globally minded individual with proven experience in an operational HR environment, either in a HR Partner or HR Generalist role. You will have experience of complex Employee Relations, Works Councils, and Compliance across multiple countries in Europe and/or APAC, balancing legal requirements with overall business needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working in a virtual environment, are essential. Strong networking skills and a desire to grow and develop are also key.
