Technical Support Specialist for End-User Technologies

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled EUC 3rd Line Engineer to join our Technology team at Sysco GB. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for end-user technologies, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support for EUC technologies, including MDM, Windows 11, and Apple devices.
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via our helpdesk ticketing system.
- Conduct root cause analysis, known error documentation, and associated investigations and resolution.
- Produce high-quality documentation for use by 2nd line and 1st line engineers and end users.
- Ensure changes are made in accordance with change management guidelines and policies.
- Support projects as required to deploy new technologies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards. You should also have technical knowledge of Microsoft products, including client Operating Systems (Windows 10 and 11), Teams, Office 365, and Azure. Additionally, you will have experience administering MDM platforms such as Endpoint Manager (Intune) and an understanding of networking (Wireless, LAN, and WAN).
