End User Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced End User Support Engineer to join our team at Cititec Talent in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4-6 years of experience in corporate end-user support, ideally within a trading environment, to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

This role is perfect for those who enjoy working closely with traders and have the technical skills to support a busy trade floor.

You will be responsible for providing top-tier support across a variety of technology platforms, including Microsoft 365, cloud computing, and hardware systems.

While this is a 5-day in-office role, the firm fosters a mature work environment and offers flexibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop provisioning and support (hardware, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Support and manage mobile devices using tools like O365 and Microsoft Intune
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues via email, phone, and the helpdesk portal
  • Coordinate desk moves and computer equipment upgrades and manage hardware inventory

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in end-user support, ideally within a trading house or hedge fund
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, cloud computing, and virtual infrastructure
