About the Role

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to join our team at Lenvi. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting all end user computing within the company, including Microsoft M365 services, laptop builds, and end user security tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage end user computing platforms, including Microsoft M365 and Azure Entra ID technologies.
  • Work directly with end users to resolve technical issues and provide support.
  • Build and deploy new Lenvi laptops using M365 and Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Support the on-boarding and off-boarding process for staff, including the creation of user accounts and coordination with managers on account permissions and folder access.
  • Provide day-to-day management and support for Lenvi end users within the Lenvi M365 tenant.
  • Collaborate with the Lenvi Platform Engineering and Security team to ensure end user needs and expectations are understood, met, and managed.

Requirements

  • Experience in a 2nd-line support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Google Chrome, Android, and Apple operating systems.
  • Experience with configuring device and user policies and controls within M365 cloud solutions.
  • Technical experience with Azure Entra ID and Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
