The Star Pubs Leased & Tenancy is seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the refurbishment and management of The Elephant Pub, a prestigious investment opportunity in the industry.

About the Role:
- We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing licensed premises, with expertise in staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.
- Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the refurbishment project, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest standards.
- You will also be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and consistent performance.
- In addition, you will contribute to developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, manage costs, and maintain a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the refurbishment project, including design development, tendering, and construction management.

- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing licensed premises, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
- Financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- A strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
Salary: £45,466 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
