Financial Asset Manager

We are seeking a skilled Financial Asset Manager to join our team at Health Jobs UK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing specialist support in respect of capital investment relating to the New Hospital Build and associated capital charges.
Main Responsibilities- Update and maintain the Trust Asset Register, ensuring accurate recording of new hospital build and associated assets.
- Produce annual depreciation values, working with the Management Accounts Team to discuss revenue budgets and phasing.
- Run monthly depreciation process within finance ledger using the Fixed Asset Module, providing Management Accounts Team with variances against budget.
- Complete monthly reconciliations for new hospital spend between the Fixed Asset Module Software and the Finance Ledger.
In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating annual revaluation process, acting as main contact for audits, and maintaining reconciliation of several reserves.
