Project Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Project Development Manager to lead our team in delivering a state-of-the-art hospital project in Mid Cheshire. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects and be able to balance complex service, commercial, and political decisions.
The salary for this role is approximately £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading healthcare provider and contribute to the development of innovative care services.
Main Responsibilities
- To manage and oversee the delivery of the new hospital project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- To lead a team of professionals and contractors to achieve project objectives.
- To develop and implement effective project management strategies.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in general or project/programme management roles.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Membership of an appropriate professional body (RICS, IStructE, ICE, IEE, IMechE, RIBA, etc).
