RSM seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of NetSuite implementations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Project manage NetSuite implementations from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Advise and lead clients on the delivery of a portfolio of projects, including defining governance, deliverables, managing timelines, budgets, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Create and maintain project records and project plans in a timely and accurate manner to drive accurate reporting and delivery.
  • Liaise with resourcing managers and leads to allocate appropriately skilled and experienced resources to projects to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Escalate project issues and concerns with recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the client Execs, Project Managers, technical teams, and third parties to build strong and trusting partnerships.
  • Support Product Consulting with scoping of projects as part of the pre-sales process.
  • Take handover from the Product Consulting team and work with Functional Consulting, Development, Support, and Quality teams to deliver projects.
  • Manage specialist teams to ensure they have the information they need to deliver an excellent service to clients.
  • Ensure the Client understands what will be expected and when and support them through the process.
  • Be the focal point of contact for all staff working on the project, client issues, and escalations.
  • Adhere to the RSM project delivery framework, processes, and artefacts across the full project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.
  • Support pre-sales and help to sell NetSuite implementation projects.

Candidate Requirements:



  • Direct experience of implementing NetSuite systems as a project manager.
  • Experience of both large (enterprise scale) and mid-market ERP deployments.
  • An appreciation of core finance and business processes from a systems and business point of view procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, multi-company consolidation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues.
  • Strong personal organisation and time management skills.
  • A passion for delivering real business value through technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of personal professionalism and attention to detail in work outputs.
