Project Financial Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will ensure costs are controlled and budgets are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Monitor and control project expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure favorable pricing.

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
