Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and Cost Control: Estimate costs for construction projects, prepare detailed quantity requirements, and monitor construction budgets to ensure expenses are tracked.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing for our projects.
  • Project Cost Management: Review and update project costs as construction work progresses, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry, with proficiency in cost estimation software and project management.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
