Supervising Social Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervising Social Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our foster parents and children's social workers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to our foster parents, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are informed, accepted, and operating within regulations and national minimum standards.
- Collaborate with our therapy team to offer reflective supervision and support from our Education Advisors (EAGALs) who build upon the therapeutic parenting work being carried out by our foster parents.
- Contribute to creating an environment where people feel valued and can grow, develop, and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Desire to be a team player who wants to achieve best possible outcomes for all our children and foster carers.
- Experience of working in the fostering sector and/or children/young people in social care.
- Hold a formal social work qualification.
- Be registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
- Have a valid driving license.
- The right to work in the UK.
