Job Title:

Supervising Social Worker

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with foster parents and social workers to ensure the well-being of children in care.
  • Provide comprehensive support to families, maintaining a manageable caseload to deliver high-quality services.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Receive guidance and mentorship from the therapy team and benefit from the expertise of Education Advisors.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and achieving positive outcomes for individuals in our care.
  • Possess proven experience in fostering or social care settings.
  • Hold a formal social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
  • Have a valid driving license and the legal right to work in the UK.
