  • Participate in staff training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting students with SEND.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and disabilities.
  • Knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health, and Care process.
  • Strong team player with a real desire to help young adults.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
