Position: Lead Social Care Practitioner
Location: East Midlands
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage collaboratively with foster families and social care professionals
- Offer guidance to families while managing a manageable caseload
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Receive mentorship from the therapeutic team and assistance from Educational Advisors
Qualifications:
- Collaborative team member focused on achieving favorable outcomes
- Prior experience in social care or fostering environments
- Formal qualification in social work and registration with the relevant governing body
- Possession of a valid driving license and eligibility to work in the UK
