Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Heathview Medical Practice. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support the medical team in delivering exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient consultations and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries
  • Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed
  • Perform minor surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
  • Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices
Requirements
  • Proficient in patient care and assessment
  • Skilled in medication administration and management
  • In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid registration with the appropriate regulatory body

Qualifications
  • Registered General Nurse (currently registered with the Nursing & Midwifery council)
  • Recognised NP qualification at a minimum of degree level or equivalent
  • Independent Nurse Prescriber
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a General practice setting
  • Knowledge of national standards that inform practice (National service Frameworks, NICE guidelines etc)
