Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and regulations, maintaining accurate patient records and upholding confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements
- RGN qualification and current UK NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a care home or healthcare setting.
