About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Willing Care, a leading provider of care services. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and regulations, maintaining accurate patient records and upholding confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide support, guidance, and education to patients and their families, promoting a culture of dignity and respect.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • RGN qualification and current UK NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a care home or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
