Supervising Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervising Social Worker to join our East Midlands team. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct support to our foster families, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are informed, empowered, and equipped to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to foster parents to ensure they are meeting the needs of children in their care.
- Work collaboratively with the therapy team to provide reflective supervision and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including foster parents, social workers, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
- Formal social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience of working in the fostering sector and/or children/young people in social care.
- Valid driving license and right to work in the UK.
