Supervising Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our foster care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our foster parents and children to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance and support to foster parents to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care to children in their care.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that foster parents are informed, supported, and empowered to make a positive difference in the lives of the children.
- Conduct regular visits and assessments to monitor the well-being and progress of children in foster care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists and education advisors, to ensure that children receive comprehensive support and services.
