Supervising Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at By the Bridge with Cambian. As a key member of our East Midlands team, you will play a vital role in supporting our foster parents and children's social workers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young people.
About the Role:
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for working closely with our foster parents and children's social workers to ensure they have the necessary support and guidance to provide high-quality care to our children. You will also be part of our East Midlands team, based out of our Tamworth office, and will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to our foster parents and children's social workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to our children.
- Work closely with our therapy team to provide reflective supervision and support to our foster parents.
- Collaborate with our Education Advisors (EAGALs) to build upon the therapeutic parenting work being carried out by our foster parents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our policies and procedures to ensure we are providing the best possible care to our children.

Requirements:
