Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to foster families, ensuring compliance with regulations and national minimum standards.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best possible outcomes for children and foster carers.
  • Collaborate with our therapy team and education advisors to provide reflective supervision and support to foster parents.
  • Contribute to the development of our team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Hold a formal social work qualification and be registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
  • Have a valid driving license and the right to work in the UK.
  • Experience of working in the fostering sector and/or children/young people in social care.
